How do I place an order?
You can phone, e-mail, fax us with the products you want to purchase. We get back to you with shipping
details, total costs and method of payment.
How do we deal with customer queries?
Because the website contains only a fraction of the types and variety of gifts in the shop, we welcome
queries from anyone who may have visited the shop. You may recall seeing an item that you cannot find on
the site or you want more of something that you already purchased during your visit. We will endeavour to
reply to all queries within 2 working day.
What about product availability?
The website is not updated very frequently so contact us to check on an items availability. Items which may
not be stocked are identified as such, these would include customized items and items from the Michael
Kennedy range (this range is just too vast to stock all items)
Where do we deliver to?
All of our items are shipped insured using Irelands National Post Service, An Post. We dispatch in stock items
within three working days of order confirmation. Orders are delivered to the U.S.A, Canada and European
Union countries. Deliveries can also be made outside of these areas by special arrangement. To obtain costs
for deliveries to countries outside of those listed above please contact us by email, phone or fax: A tax
deduction is made to listed prices for all non EU members when you request shipping details for items to be
exported outside of EU. Due to changes in postal service it has become prohibitively expensive to ship items
over 2kg. Where possible larger orders will be divided into 2kg lots
Are goods insured ?
All deliveries are insured. You will not incur any loss should your order be lost or damaged in transit but you
may be required to provide information and/or photos for insurance purposes. All internet orders are sent
registered, meaning that a signature is required on recent of shipment.
Can I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Custom orders can only be cancelled if
the item or items have not been made.
Cois Farraige does not disclose your personal information to any outside organizations or persons, nor does it
use this information for the purposes of solicitation. The only email you will receive from us will be in relation to
your query or orders. Our mail list is not divulged to 3rd parties nor will it ever be used to send SPAM
Your personal information is ONLY retained in our records to enable the quick and accurate processing of
your order. At your request, We can delete your personal information from our records at any time.
